Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, session location and anything you write in the booking notes. That's it. We don't collect payment card details — those go straight to Stripe and never touch our systems.

Why we collect it

To run your booking, deliver your photographs, and contact you about your session. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list without you asking.

Your photographs

Client galleries are stored in private, encrypted object storage. They are not publicly listed, not indexed by search engines, and not accessible without either your login or a share link you generated yourself.

Share links

When you share a gallery, you control whether it expires, whether it needs a password, and whether downloads are allowed. You can revoke any share link at any time from your portal.

Retention

Booking records are kept for seven years for accounting purposes. Galleries stay live for 12 months and are archived after that. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@pongpongphotos.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
