Bookings and deposits

A date is reserved once the deposit is received, not when the form is submitted. Deposits are 50% of the total unless stated otherwise on your booking, are deducted from the balance, and are non-refundable within 30 days of the session date.

Balance and gallery access

The remaining balance is due before final files are released. Your gallery unlocks automatically once payment clears. Reminders are sent a week before and on the due date.

Rescheduling and cancellation

One free reschedule with at least 14 days' notice. Weather cancellations on outdoor shoots do not count against this. Cancellations inside 30 days forfeit the deposit.

Delivery

Typical delivery is 2–6 weeks depending on the package. Galleries remain available for 12 months, after which archived files can be restored on request.

Usage and licensing

You receive a personal-use licence to all delivered images, including printing and sharing. Commercial use requires a separate licence. We retain copyright and may use selected images in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing — just ask, and it's noted on your file.

Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or illness, liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid. We carry backup bodies and dual card slots to make this vanishingly rare.
